How It Works

Project Inquiry Submitted
Initial contact is made via the Northshore Architecture website, submitting a project inquiry form detailing the scope of a potential new lakefront residence near McCarty's Cove.
Schematic Design Review
Following a preliminary discussion, Northshore Architecture presents initial schematic design options, including massing studies and adjacencies, for review and client feedback.
Material Palette Selection
With the schematic design approved, a curated material palette—including locally sourced Jacobsville sandstone and warm white oak—is presented alongside preliminary lighting design for client consideration.
Construction Document Release
After final design refinement, a complete set of construction documents, compliant with all Marquette building codes and specifications, is released to the selected contractor for permitting and construction.
